Murrays Bay Parents and Teachers Association

Murrays Bay PTA is a great way to be involved in your child’s school.

PTA is a fun way to get to know other parents, the teachers, and the staff.

Our Objectives are:

 

To advance education by:

  • Improving school spirit and community building.
  • Providing a link between students, parents/caregivers and the school.
  • Carrying out activities consistent with the charitable objectives of the organisation.
  • Enhance open communication within the school community

 

 

 

Murrays Bay PTA has an important social role to play in the school.

All parents of students or members of our community are welcome to attend the PTA meetings and become a member of the team or a ‘Friend of the PTA’.

Your involvement is valued, from planning and execution or simply lending a hand at an event, this all contributes to our school community. Simply email us to let us know your contact details and become “A friend of the PTA”. We are always in need of willing and able people to help out.

 

 

Meetings are held in the school staffroom from 7pm – 8pm and are advertised in the school newsletter as well as the school website.

 

 

 

The PTA also manages the Second-Hand Uniform shop. Open Wednesday’s 8:45am – 9:15am and 2:45pm – 3:15pm
